In December 2014, Mike & Pauline invented Beard Baubles at advertising agency, Grey London.

We partnered with Beard Season to launch the product, and committed to donating all of our profits to the Australian charity. Almost immediately after we put our Beard Baubles for sale online, the story went viral and we sold out completely. Since 2015, we've partnered with a novelty gifts company to add more beard accessories to the range: Beard Lights, Beard Bells, Beard Bunting.

Before we could copyright the idea worldwide, identical products cropped up in various other countries. One American customer even took his version of Beard Baubles onto Shark Tank in 2019 - getting around our copyright by calling them Beardaments - then going on to securing a deal with Kevin O'Leary 😂
